The COD Black Ops "First Strike" DLC is out for Xbox on 2/1/11. Does anyone have any news as to when it will be out for PC?

Xbox 360 and/or PS3 will always have the new stuff first. Why? MS and Sony are willing to pay for that benefit to drive up sales of games on their platform (since they get a cut of every game sale). Since you can buy a PC from anyone (or make your own) there's no one to pay for early access, an no one gets a cut of the games sales.
