Adding your PB GUID to your TWL Profile is mandatory before joining any of our teams. Here's how to do it:

-Open CoD, connect to a server and input /pb_myguid in your console. Take note of the last 8 digits of your PBGUID. This is all you will need to input into your profile.

-Once you have captured your PBGUID go to Account Maintenance ---> Profile ---> Anti-Smurf In Game Identifiers ---> Add another ID, choose call of duty in the drop down box, Add your 8 digit ID in the window there and click "add identifier".

Bump -- This process works for CoD4 as well

You must have this ID in your profile before you can join our TWL team.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought it was /pb_plist .... I thought the other returned your 32 character cd hash which is unique to your games cd key and is the same no matter which computer you play on (with that cd key), whereas the plist function returned the actual guid which is based on computer hardware and cd key and is different on each computer. I remember there was a problem with some BF2 scrims where we played when they said that KT's and a few other peoples GUID's were wrong and wouldnt let them play in the match.....

maybe that's just how BF2 is. If I'm wrong then I retract the above. TWL link (http://www.teamwarfare.com/forums/showthread.asp?forumid=556&threadid=388225)

it doesnt matter in CoD, pb_myguid gives you the full line and you can derive the last 8 digits from it. pb_plist gives you a list of all the people in the servers guids.

but are the 8 digits (hex) from /pb_plist the same as the last 8 from /pb_myguid??
