Nco rule

Do we really need a nco on every time we scrim? Can't we do a fun scrim with a clan, without an nco. Besides somtimes we have like 5 people on that want to scrim, but no nco is on. :cry:

Well, I kinda agree with the rule because the commanding officers need to know what's going on. But in a way, we do need more practice and stuff like that. But yeah, I would like to be able to do one even when a NCO is not on.

guys this saturday i was playing and me and a couple of guys wanted to scrim. We didn't have a nco rule so we were screwed

These rules were put into place after some members were found to be fucking-off during scrims. The NCO rule is there to keep members in check. We also record all scrims, won or loss in vWar. Only NCO and higher are able to post results in vWar.
