I need somebody's help!

I am at school most of the day and i get really bored during my study hall and i was trying to make me a sig. I have know idea on how to do it though i want to make this on my own but with some help. Seems how my school is very very poor we cant afford anything better than Adobe Photoshop 5.0. :( I have no idea what i am doing so if somebody could guide me through the process i would very much appreciate it! Thanks :D

its not as easy as it seems it is very hard to work adobe and to make good sigs also u saif ur school is poor if they bought adobe 5.0 is like 600 dollars so ya thats not poor and once again it is very hard to make good sigs

i know but we could at least download 8.0 but no we cant download anything
