yeah, take a boat, pull up to the side of the ship, nose of the rubber boat facing towords 'Beach Flag', parallel with the ship, hit F3 to change position, then E to exit and it should put you on the deck...maybe have to hop a little.

I tried parachuting but never could land on it.

I made it once by trying about 30 times. I must have tried the boat and in the water for 10 minutes before i called it quits. Good job and thanks for the tip

It is a good spot. If there is not a commander on other team. most ppl do not look there.
