Was Kicked From Your BF2 Server

Tonight, about 15 minutes ago, I was kicked from the BF2 server.

I had been playing on it for some time and I had no idea why I had been kicked, so I rejoined immediately and asked why I was kicked.

There was an admin on the server at the time - and I repeatedly asked why I was kicked -- and typed "ADMIN" --- but never got a response from the admin. I was never told why I was kicked.

The reason listed as the kick reason was "base raping".

The map was Wake, the game had just begun -- I was on USMC -- got in a jet and headed directly for the airfield base. There was a chopper getting ready to take off. I destroyed the chopper -- and within 5 seconds was kicked. Obviously, the TSH member that was in the server was in that chopper.

Like I stated earlier, I came back in and wanted to know why I had been kicked. Baseraping is attacking an uncap base. It is impossible to "base rape" an uncappable base.

I tried to respectfully inquire which rule was broken, and my requests were ignored repeatedly --- the TSH member Outlaw or something would say "WHAT" and "WHAT IS THE QUESTION" -- and I would type the question - but yet there would be no response.

This is atrociously disrespectful and a very disreputable way to admin a server.

Now, I would like an answer as to why I was kicked - and what rule I allegedly violated.

A short follow-up....

some player on the server stated the admin told him I had shot a chopper while it was on the ground -- but this was in a capturable base -- so for this to break some rule makes no sense.

I will eagerly await your response.

If a USMC takes off from the carrier and flies to the Chinese airfield and kills an enemy while he is in a chopper -- I don't see how that is spawn raping.

I am still awaiting a response.

Here is your response READ the rule when you join the server dont rape heli or jet spawn at airfield unless it is last flag on map if you dont like it to well sorry but that is our rules

So........ you can't even attack vehicles w/ enemies in them in a capturable base?

In all the time I've been playing BF2 - and in all the servers I've played on, that is a definite first.

I guess I will just steer clear of your server.

For the record, your clan's manner of response and the fashion in which this matter was handled reflects quite poorly on the leadership and sportsmanship of your group.
