You dont ask within the first month to be an admin to become a member.

You need to check the staus of your application, when it says you are accepted, and only when it says your accepted, then you need to put the [TSHr] tags on... admin is the last thing you need to worry about right now. *I dont even see your application, so if u havent filled one out please do so asap*
