Resizing Screen shots?

I've got some pretty good screen shots, including a promotion one for Kryptonite, but the site only allows 97k files and my shots average about 140k. Anyway around this limit OR an easy way to down size the shots?

cant find a link to it now, but theres a program called infranviewer. if you download an add-on for this it can resize jpgs to a much lower size without any visible loss of quality

Another easy way to find it besides google is go on your myspace and they list it there.
