Hi,
Thank you for contacting EA Support.
We have restored your Rank, Global Score, Commander Score, Team Score, and Combat score to what you had earned prior to March 22, 2008. All other statistics cannot be restored; however, you can re-select your unlocks to match the rank that is restored to your soldier.
Please know, that the Developers from EA/DICE review and read the reports we submit to them in hopes that collecting player's opinion can make a better game. We value all our players' feedback and concerns and consider them very important to the success of Battlefield 2 and all our EA games. We encourage you to also post your feedback to the BF2 Feedback forums located here: http://forums.ea.com/mboards/forum.jspa?forumID=145
You can also find the latest news from EA/DICE on the official Battlefield 2 Website:

had this happen to my account. "NoName37" had someone mod my account without me knowing. Less than week later I was reset. Apparently some of the 187ci forum guys decided to do it to thousands. It's EA's fault, their stat server was compromised you can't excuse that. Apparently any points over 1 million are reset anyways so I've heard.
Now I have to build it up all over again from 35K. Can you tell me who to contact so I might get mine back to what it was?

Go here (http://support.ea.com) and send EA an email letting them know that you feel you have been PID hacked. They will reset your account to the most recent date BEFORE it got hacked. Basically all you can do. May take a few days, but they are generally pretty lenient on players who actually contact them.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your incident. Many users logged into Battlefield 2 recently to discover that their account was given an extreme best round score(s). We are currently under investigation of the issue and are trying to find the best course of action.
We are working closely with the development team to come a conclusion on the best way to fix this issue for all the users that were affected by this issue. We do not have a time frame as to when these stats will be reset or restored at all but please continue to review the Official Battlefield 2 Website. We are trying to come to a conclusion that will be the best benefit of the Battlefield online community and its members.
Unfortunately our support teams cannot remove or alter best round scores, kill streaks, unlocks, hours played, ribbons, badges, etc, nor can we retro-actively award you any stats or ribbons you may have been awarded.
We apologize for the trouble and hope you continue to enjoy Battlefield 2.
