Mic troubles

For some reason I can not get my new (or old mic) to be heard without screaming while holding it inside my mouth

i turned up TS volume all the way as well as control panel>sound input output>mic and turned it all the way up but still nothing


any help? (i have to run secruity at a local fair tonight but i'll be back around 11:30pm)

I am having the EXACT problem i have a logitech stereo 1 and i cant get the volume up more and ppl cant hear me any help would be nice

i returned it and got a new pair...after some tweeting with volume and restarting they now work
